MASS EMAIL TOOL BROKEN

The web site’s bulk and automatic email tool received an update on Tuesday, 10 April 2018 and it is now broken.  Others are having the same issue.

For now, we’ll wait a day or two to see what happens.  If no fix is on the near horizon, then we’ll find another way.
