Ron Fico volunteered as the lead shop equipment repair lead. He is frequently joined by Mark Fradkin and Joel Laferriere in the performance of repair tasks. Together, these three senior members have spent dozens of hours keeping the shop equipment working well. They have saved the guild thousands of dollars in contractor labor and reduced equipment down time.
