The picnic will take place at Vic Airey home in rural Glenelg, Howard County.  

In the past there have been fifty or more members and guests attend this festive and sharing event.

 

 

This event is open ONLY to members and their family or limited number of non-family guests.  Please contact the Picnic Coordinator,
Bill Skinner, to let us know your intention
    

You can tell us about your guests and food choices through the form.
We will send you detailed driving directions by reply email.
If you were ever at Rick and Lisa Munzer’s for the picnic, Vic is just 800 yards further down Triadelphia Road.

Schedule:

  • 1030am – setup team arrives
  • 1100am – picnic starts, Show-n-Judge starts
  • 1200pm – cooking starts
  • 1230pm – hot food served
  • 130pm – Raffle auction announced
  • 230pm – Show-n-Tell
  • lawn games, swimming, swap meet, and sage advice take place all day.
  • 4pm – time approximate – clean up crew begins

These items are provided by the Guild:

  • Hamburgers, hot dogs, sausages, chicken breasts, veggie patties
  • Catsup, mustard, mayonaise, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, jalapeño, buns
  • Chips and dip, veggie trays
  • Paper plates, napkins, utensils, paper towels, trash bags
  • Water (2 x 30pack), Soda (4 cases).
  • Ice (160 lbs)

 

Members Bring:

1.  Lawn chairs, hat, bug spray, sun screen, bathing suit, and preferred beverages;
AND
2.  Apps, Sides, and Deserts – Please choose in the signup form –
