The usual order of events for the meeting is:
- 9 AM -10 – Assembly and social, stop by the membership table, drop of show-n-tell items;
- 10 -11 – Demonstration;
- 11 – 11:15 – Break;
- 11:15 – 12 PM – Announcements, guild business, treasurer’s report, 50:50 & door prizes.

This is the last month of the Guild’s fiscal year, 1 July to 30 June. It is time to renew your membership for 2017-2018.
