New Member: a member of the Guild for 3 years or less who has demonstrated outstanding service, attendance, and participation in Guild activities.

Member: a member of the Guild for more than 3 years who has demonstrated outstanding service, dedication, and contributions to the Guild.

Hero Award: a member who has dedicated time and energy to the Guild workshop such as maintaining equipment, orchestrating minders, and ensuring safety while providing a space where members can work and thrive.
