The bi-annual secretary and treasurer elections were held by voice vote and conducted by President Rick Munzer at the September meeting.  There were no additional nominations from the floor during the meeting.

There were approximately sixty voting members present.

There was no active nomination committee.  David did not wish to continue as Secretary.  Greg volunteered and was unopposed.  Manny was not present but had previously confirmed his willingness to continue.  There were no other nominations.  Manny and Greg were confirmed by voice vote.

There terms follow the calendar year schedule for a period of two years, commencing 1 October 2019.
