I had a failure of the PC board in my Jet air handler. One phone call to the number listed on the back of the manual got a quick diagnosis and replacement part. The design allows the repair to be done without needing to take the ceiling-suspended unit down. I don’t know how we store and communicate this to members, I can comment on the experience at one of our meetings. I was extremely pleased with the experience.
