Help Kids: Resource Materials Offer for Woodworkers Mentoring Kids
My name is Jack McKee and I am a member of Northwest Corner Woodworkers (https://www.ncwawood.org) up north of Seattle. If any of your members are interested in woodworking with kids they might want to check out my website: woodshop4kids.com It has information about two books, Woodshop for Kids and Builder Boards. The Safety chapter of Woodshop for Kids and sixprojects can be downloaded free. There are also free plans for a marble roll and an interesting mirror connected to a steering wheel project where kids steer themselves from short and fat to tall and skinny. And more. A link or mention in your newsletter, if appropriate, would be appreciated.
Altho I am retired now my latest project was a large (the world’s largest?) set of Builder Boards, a set of notched boards kids use to build their own playhouse. Here is a youtube of kids playing:

Highland Woodworking has a article I wrote discussing building a set of Builder Boards from recycled plywood and taking them to the park, including some nice pictures.
Finally, I have quite a few copies of the OLD EDITION (updates are on my website) of Builder Boards and would be happy to send one for your club library, free.
Thanks,
Jack McKee
