Howard County has agreed to fund a project to replace the shop dust collector. This is a big win for our Guild and will resolve the risk of the system failure which would have shut down our shop.
Kudos to each and every one of you who contributed to the constituent advocacy campaign led by Steve Granek. It was your active involvement that made the difference.
There will be some shop downtime during the construction phase of the replacement project. We will keep you informed as we learn more.
