Our annual social event is scheduled for
September 13, 2025
11 am to 3 pm

This year we are going to come together at a pot luck where everyone is asked to bring a dish to share. The event will take place in Glenelg, Howard County (address and driving directions will be provided once we receive your confirmation of attendance).
In the past there have been fifty or more members and guests attend this festive and sharing event.
This event is open ONLY to members and their family or limited number of non-family guests. In order to properly plan for the event please contact the Picnic Coordinator,
David Knipfer, to let us know your intention
We also need volunteers to assist in support of parking, setup and cleanup.

Bring a Dish to Share:
- Anyone can bring a main dish if you wish
- Last names A – I bring an appetizer or main dish
- Last names J – S bring a side dish or main dish
- Last names T – Z bring a desert or snack
All leftovers must be taken home at the end of the event
Schedule:
- 10:30 am – Setup team arrives
- 11:00 am – Event starts
- 3:00 pm – Clean up crew begins
- All day – Lawn games, swimming, swap meet, and sage advice

These items are provided by the Guild:
- Paper plates, napkins, utensils, paper towels and trash bags
- Water and soda
- Ice
- Limited hot dogs and hamburgers with condiments
Please remember to bring the following:
- Your dish to share
- Lawn chairs
- Bathing suit
- Bug spray
- Dun screen
- Bathing suit
- Preferred beverages (water and soda to be provided)
