Secretary Position Description
The role of Secretary is a board-level voting position.
The ideal candidate’s primary skills are attention to detail, being organization, and leadership. The Secretary is a Corporate Officer with important duties.
In addition to responsibilities defined in the Guild Bylaws,
- To arrange board meetings,
- Set the agenda,
- Take the minutes, and
- Publish them on the website.
- The role does not take many hours each month.
- Assistance is provided by all the other officers and chair persons.
