All members it is time to renew your Howard County Woodworkers Guild membership for the FY2020-2021 period.  Please note the Important Dates section at the bottom of this message.

We sent out a personalized email to 215 members on December 12th inviting you to renew your membership.  Didn’t get the mail?  Maybe we don’t have your current email address. If you can’t log in to update your email, just use contact us to let me know about the change. There is also a button at the bottom of your profile, also shown in the right column, both when you’re logged in.  If your status is Active, you’re good to go.  If it is Expired or Pending, you need to renew.

You have two payment options.  You can send a personal check by USPS, or you can renew right now using our new secure online pay-by-credit-card option.  Instructions for each follow:

    In the amount of $25, and
    In the Note field write Renewal 2020-2021.

Since we are not meeting in person and our workshop is closed until further notice, we are not printing membership cards.  When we have made a decision on this point we will notify you.

Important Dates:

1 Dec 2020 to 31 Jan 2021 – This renewal campaign
1 Feb 2021 @ 12PM – Late Fee of $5 applied to current member’s accounts who have not yet renewed.
30 June 2021 – End FY2020-2021
1 July 2021 – Begin FY2021-2022*

* It is very likely that the pandemic induced restricted indoor gatherings will continue into our next fiscal year. For this reason, we may delay membership renewal again. Further, dues may be adjusted accordingly.
