Steve Dunbar’s woodworking business Retirement Sale
Steve Dunbar is retiring from his woodworking business but not from the guild. He is having a sale of machines, wood and miscellaneous items at the shop. The shop is located at 22 Alco Place Baltimore, MD 21227. Alco Place is directly off Lansdowne Road and Hollins Ferry Road in Lansdowne. The sale will be Saturday December 13, starting at 8 a.m. The sale will be indoors in the rear of the building. Link for map:

The sale will include tools, wood and veneer. The wood includes but not limited to: birds-eye and curly maple, soft maple, purple heart, mahogany, jatoba, lacewood, sycamore, ash, poplar, cherry, and a selection of exotic veneers.
In addition to the wood and tools will be a sheet goods cart, cabinets, tables and several folding sawhorses.
Joining the sale is one of the partners that has shared space and will have greater volume of wood and veneers along with hand tools, larger machines and miscellaneous items. Included will be oak, sugarpine, walnut, maple, and ipe-shorts, large quantity of wide 6/4 and thicker red oak, a 12/4 mantel of white oak and a mahogany table top 24 in by 8 ft == lots of veneer including large quantities that are book matched.
Miscellaneous items including fasteners, battery powered and hand tools, extension cords, lights, sawhorses, etc. Stationary power tools include pin router, bandsaw, sanders (22/44 drum sander), vacuums, planers (12 and 24), jointers (6” and 8”), 32 mm system drill, and 8 foot clamp rack.
Also prefinished flooring of brazilian walnut, brazilian cherry-shorts and MUCH MORE
Terms of sale, CASH AND CARRY. We will accept checks from HCWG members. Everything will be priced to sell.
