The Executive Board of Directors has undertaken obtaining IRS tax exempt status, 501(c)3.  The support this effort, changes to our bylaws are required.  At our September 30th board meeting, the board approved a final draft version, #9, for member consideration in advance of a formal vote to accept and ratify the new bylaws at our upcoming monthly meeting on November 1st.
