Ensure that the Bain Center Five-Year Woodworking Room Operations Memorandum of Agreement (MOU) is renewed in a timely manner.

The current agreement’s term is from 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2029.

1. On March 1st, 2029, contact David Irwin, or his replacement, to initiate MOU renewal.
2. Request a revised draft document to include any new terms or conditions, or changes to Exhibit A.
3. Upon receipt of said draft, circulate to the executive board, with responses expected from the President, Vice President, Workshop Coordinator, and Shop Tools Maintenance Lead.
4. Accumulate any feedback from Board and Workshop contributors and consolidate into an email response to David Irwin for response.
5. Continue back and forth interactions between the County and the Guild until there are no more changes.  Notify David Irwin there are no more changes.
6. David Irwin will initiate a DocuSign digital signature action to the Guild President.
7. Upon the Guild President’s signing, David Irwin will route the agreement within Howard County government for signature.
8. When all signatures are complete, David Irwin will provide a signed digital copy by email.
9. Archive the new agreement to the file system: Workshop Operation documents (File Manager View).
10. Notify the board by email of the completed status of the document and its stored location.
