Dear Guild members,
The County has expressed security concerns regarding unauthorized people potentially entering the Bain Center through the doors nearest the shop. We met with our County partners and agreed on protocols to allow us to use those doors when necessary, and only if we adhere to the following conditions:

1. When you first enter the building, you must use only the main doors. You also must swipe your Howard County 50+ Center Membership Card or otherwise check in with the front desk staff.

2. Once checked in, if you then need to bring in bulky items, you can use the door nearest the shop only if you use a buddy system where a second person stands at the door to open it for you, close it behind you, and confirms that the doors have closed and locked each time. You must never prop the doors open.

To maintain the privilege of using those doors I ask all Guild members to abide by these rules.
