Peter,
I do not know and a recent report from Joel is that the original August due date for Bain Center improvements is still unclear. When Howard County announces reopening for senior centers/community centers, I think we will have a better idea.
For our shop we have three criteria that all must be satisfied:
1. The Guild succeeds in sourcing a new Shop Coordinator. The Board voted earlier this year to close the shop until a replacement coordinator is identified and appointed.
2. Bain Center construction is completed and access to the shop is restored.
3. The State reopens from the pandemic lockdown and allows small group gatherings.
Additional criteria may be implemented relevant to the Board’s and the County’s concerns for health safety precautions.
