During the March 7th meeting Dave Kniffer had a handout with his 7 rules for Making Small Parts Safely.
The 6 basic principls were
- Separate you fingers from Power tools
- Wear all the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Use all the safety guards possilbe consistent with the task
- Start Bug … finish small
- Use handtools whenever you can
- Take time to fixture small parts
- See the first rule!
